Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• You cancel your course or lesson booking at least 24 hours prior to the start of your first scheduled class.
• A course, lesson, or service you purchased is cancelled by French Pro Speak for any reason.
• A technical error on our side prevents access to a paid class or resource and cannot be promptly resolved.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note refunds will not be offered in the following situations:

• Missed classes, lessons, or sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts, lateness, or non-attendance.
• Requests made after the full completion and delivery of the class or service.
• Digital resources, downloadable materials, or e-books after they have been accessed or downloaded.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please reach out to us as soon as possible via our Contact page. Be sure to include your full name, details of your purchase or enrollment, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request within five (5) business days.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
